Wedding White: Our number one cake flavor, this cake is our take on the angel food cake. Made with butter, milk, and pure vanilla. Whipped egg whites make this cake especially light and moist.
Yellow Cake: This old-fashioned cake abounds with a lovely, rich buttery-vanilla flavor.
Red Velvet: Our red velvet cake is a light chocolate cake made the traditional southern way with cocoa powder, buttermilk and vinegar. Best paired with dark chocolate ganache and cream cheese.
Marble: Our wonderful yellow cake with mocha chocolate batter swirled throughout.
Carrot: A moist, flavorful and absolutely delicious cake with fresh grated carrots, raisins, and toasted walnuts. Cake is best paired with cream cheese frosting or coconut cream cheese. ($0.50 extra per person)
Almond: A rich creamy cake is made absolutely light and decadent through the addition of ground almonds. Cakes are great with a nutty meringue filling and lemon and raspberry buttercream. ($0.50 extra per person)

*Coconut: Calling all coconut lovers! This cake gets an intense flavor from ground sweetened coconut and coconut milk in the batter.

**Pumpkin: moist, tender and flavorful. This cake is best paired with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
